It was itchy at first, but I know a great way to make it less itchy!Fill you sink or tub with room temperature water and add a few cups of white vinegar until you can taste the vinegar in the water slightly. Soak the scarf in the water and swish it lightly! Roll scarf carefully and then take out of water and place on a towel. Roll the scarf in the towel and squeeze out water. Leave scarf out to dry, DO NOT PUT IT IN THE WASHER OR DRIER!!!! After you do all that the scarf should be nice and soft! I also have the Hufflepuff and Slytherin scarfs and I find the that my Hufflepuff scarf is much more itchy, but that the Slytherin is just as soft as my Ravenclaw one. I find that the length is good, but the scarf may be kind of wide for some.
